Phoenix Group required a completely new website experience to replace its existing digital platform. The project focused on creating a clearer site structure, improving content journeys and developing a flexible design system that could support the organisation’s evolving needs.

The redesigned website established a modern, scalable digital platform for Phoenix Group, providing a more intuitive experience through improved navigation, clearer content hierarchy and a more flexible approach to page design. The new experience helps users discover information more easily while creating a stronger foundation for future digital growth.
